MONSTERS... AND MORE

For all intents and purposes, it's not really logical to call the creatures seen in the Yu-Gi-Oh!anime and manga-- at least, not all of them. On this page, we'll look at some of the more interesting and well-known "monsters" and creatures seen in the Yu-Gi-Oh! anime and manga, and discover what they're all about.

Each of the characters have several monsters that they are "trademarked" for using. Here's some data on those characters and monsters... and in some cases, spell and trap cards, as well. This is more a look at the Duel Monsters game as it's presented in the anime and the manga (Magic and Wizards, in the manga) -- and its connections to the existing CCG.

Note: The character names are given Japanese first, but they are listed in the 'Western' fornat, with their given name first, surname last. Corresponding dub names are given in parentheses. For cards, known English card names are given first, and if there is any difference between the original Japanese name (be it in the CCG or the anime), then it is given in parentheses.
